The Boundaries of the City of Moscow Mills, Missouri, as extended,
includes that property recorded in the official records of the Lincoln
County Recorder's office being the original town of Moscow Mills
as recorded in Plat Book 1 at page 1 and 2; Jacob Voepel's Addition
to the original town of Moscow Mills as recorded in Plat Book 1 at
Page 43; Morritz Bergfeld's Addition to the original town of
Moscow Mills as recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 81; Mrs. Caroline
Voepel's Addition to the original town of Moscow Mills as recorded
in Plat Book 1 at Page 87; J. H. Anderson's Addition to the original
town of Moscow Mills as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 3; 0. W. Dyer's
Addition to the original town of Moscow Mills as recorded in Plat
Book 2 at Page 52; New Moscow to the original town of Moscow Mills
as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 21; and Addition to New Moscow
as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 41; and that property annexed to
the City of Moscow Mills by ordinance numbers 85, 86, 87, 88, 89,
90, 91, and 92 for description of additional property annexed to the
City of Moscow Mills.
The seal of the City shall, as heretofore, be the words "Seal",
in Roman capitals, inside of and surrounded by a scroll or circular
impression having inscribed therein the words, "City of Moscow Mills,
Moscow Mills, Missouri". The seal shall be circular and about 1Â 1/2
inches in diameter. The City seal shall be safely kept by the City
Clerk.
