The City of Moscow Mills hereby adopts and incorporates herein
the minimum retention periods for the administrative, fiscal, and
legal records created by the City as set by the Local Records Board
of the State of Missouri pursuant to Chapter 109 RSMo. This shall
include the General Records Retention Schedule, as amended from time
to time, and the Municipal Records Retention Schedule, as amended
from time to time, as each may be applicable to the City's records.
