The annexation procedure for the City of Moscow Mills will be
as stated in RSMo. Section 71.012.
Petitions for annexation shall be accompanied by a filing fee
of $200 to assist in defraying general expense in connection with
the application for annexation. Notices of public hearing will be
published in the legal newspaper and a local newspaper both of general
circulation.
Petitions for annexation shall be accompanied by a title report
from a Missouri licensed title insurance company. Said report shall
identify the record owner of the property to be annexed. Said report
shall be effective no sooner than 10 days prior to the date of the
petition.
