The City of Moscow Mills, Missouri, as described in Chapter 120 hereof and by recorded plat and map thereof is laid off and divided into two wards, the lines and boundaries whereof, unless changed and provide by ordinance, shall be as follows, to-wit:
All that territory lying North of the middle of Highway C on
the East side of State Hwy 61, and all that territory lying North
of the middle of the old rail road right-of-way on the West side of
State Hwy 61. References to Highway C and Hwy 61 are as they currently
exist as of the date of this ordinance.
All that territory lying South of the middle of Highway C on
the East side of State Hwy 61, and all of that territory lying South
of the middle of the old rail road right-of-way on the West side of
State Hwy 61. References to Highway C and Hwy 61 are as they currently
exist as of the date of this ordinance.
