It is the purpose of this Part 1, Article C, to provide for the recovery of costs from users of the Authority's wastewater disposal system for the implementation of the program established herein. The applicable charges or fees shall be set forth in the Authority's rate schedule as contained in its rules and regulations, on file at its business office.

The Authority may adopt charges and fees which may include:
A.
Fees for reimbursement of costs of setting up and operating the Authority's
pretreatment program.
B.
Fees for monitoring, inspection and surveillance procedures.
C.
Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction.
D.
Fees for permit application.
E.
Fees for filing appeals.
F.
Fees for consistent removal (by the Authority) of pollutants otherwise
subject to pretreatment standards.
G.
Fees for the handling of unusually strong pollutants.
H.
Other fees as the Authority may deem necessary to carry out the requirements
contained herein.
