A. 
The Board of Township Supervisors of North Franklin Township hereby establishes the annual compensation of a member of the Board of Township Supervisors, pursuant to Section 606 of the Second Class Township Code,[1] at $1,875 per year effective January 1, 2000.

B. 
The Board of Township Supervisors of North Franklin Township hereby establishes the annual compensation of a member of the Board of Township Supervisors, pursuant to Section 606 of the Second Class Township Code, at $2,500 per year effective January 1, 2002.
C. 
The provisions of Subsection B of this section are contingent upon the establishment of the Township population being in excess of 5,000 by the U.S. Census Bureau during their current official census.
No Supervisor shall receive annual compensation under this article in excess of the annual statutory limit set by the General Assembly in Act 68[1] for the Supervisors of Townships within the appropriate population category.

No Supervisors shall be compensated for attending any meetings of the Board of Supervisors in excess of 30 meetings per year; such absence of compensation shall not negate or in any way affect such Supervisor's duty or obligation to attend such uncompensated meetings.
Such compensation shall be paid in monthly installments.
