All districts and areas where residential development is allowed.
The following bulk and area requirements shall apply to all
areas and all districts within the areas where residential development
is allowed (except Regional Growth Area-Residential-Medford Farms
and Rural Development District 1-Medford Park), whether the lots are
1 acre, 1.6 acres, 3.2 acres, 3.7 acres, 10 acres or larger unless
these bulk and area requirements are modified by the scenic corridor
provisions of the C.M.P.
a.

In order to encourage an end product which provides parking,
access and architectural continuity even where development occurs
piecemeal and with diverse ownership, buildings may be attached. Attached
building may include two walls which must be keyed to each other.
Where buildings are built to both side lot lines, the site plan shall
be accompanied by appropriate legal material and plans showing properly
located loading spaces and trash receptacles with permitted access
across adjacent properties. If structures are not attached, the side
yard(s) shall be twenty (20') feet.

Any district in the Regional Growth Area where residential development
is allowed, may be a receiving district for construction of residential
dwelling units built with Pinelands Development Credits. All such
development based upon Pine-lands Development Credits shall meet or
exceed the following minimum bulk and area requirements:
