Pursuant to N.J.R.S. 55:14A-1 et seq., and more specifically
N.J.R.S. 55:14A-4, the Borough of Woodbury Heights hereby consents
to and requests to be included within the area of operation of the
Housing Authority of Gloucester County.
The powers, duties and obligations of the Borough of Woodbury
Heights in relation to the powers, duties and obligations of the Housing
Authority of Gloucester County will be governed by the provisions
of N.J.R.S. 55:14A-1 et seq.
