The City's Licensing Department shall maintain an up-to-date
list of organizations that are deemed terrorist groups by the federal
government.
The City's Licensing Department is hereby barred from issuing
a permit allowing a group to hold a parade, rally and/or vigil if
the group has been designated as a terrorist organization by the United
States Department of Homeland Security and/or a similar federal agency.
