The Uniform Traffic And Parking Regulations, May 2023, attached
hereto as Exhibit A[1] and incorporated herein by reference, are adopted as traffic
and parking regulations of the Borough of Bath.

are on file in the Borough offices.
Police officers for the Borough of Bath are hereby authorized
to enforce the provisions of this article and any regulations set
forth in this chapter. Borough of Bath Code Enforcement Officers are
each hereby authorized to enforce any parking regulations set forth
in the Uniform Traffic Regulations or in this chapter.
