Effective January 1, 2013, the violation schedule of the Township
of Riverside shall be set and amended from time to time as necessary,
by resolution of the governing body of the Township of Riverside.
If any provision of this article or the application thereof
to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this
article shall not be affected thereby and shall remain in full force
and effect.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions inconsistent
or in opposition to the provision of this article are hereby repealed
in their entirety.
This article shall take effect after publication and passage
according to law.
