Any unpaid fines and/or penalties for a violation of any provision of Articles I through IV shall be prosecuted by the City through the Police Department and City Attorney as necessary. For any violation, prosecution shall not occur until at least 30 days have expired from the date of issuance of the fine or penalty and it remains unpaid. If found by the Court to have violated any provision of Articles I through III, the violator shall pay the City’s reasonable legal fees and expert fees, together with costs. The City may also seek injunctive relief to eliminate on-going and future repeated violations of Articles I through IV.
