[Adopted 3-10-2008 by L.L. No. 3-2008]
This article shall be known as "Local Law No.
3 of 2008, a local law changing the date established for Grievance
Day for real property tax assessment review."
On legislative authority, this article is enacted
pursuant to New York Real Property Tax Law § 512, which
enables a Town to enact a local law to change Grievance Day to the
Wednesday succeeding the fourth Tuesday in May.
The Town of New Lebanon hereby adopts as and
for its Grievance Day the Wednesday succeeding the fourth Tuesday
in May, pursuant to § 512 of New York State Real Property
Tax Law.
