A Blighted Property Review Committee shall be formed consisting
of the following individuals:
A.
One member of the governing body.
B.
One member representing the Redevelopment Authority of the County
of Bucks, as designated by the Redevelopment Authority.
C.
One member of the Municipal Planning Commission.
D.
One member of the community to be designated by the Chief Executive
Officer or Officers from the Executive Branch of Upper Southampton
Township.
E.
Members who shall be residents, property owners, or members of the
community of the municipality shall be appointed to said Committee
by the Municipality.
Once established, said Committee shall act in conformance with
the Pennsylvania Urban Redevelopment Law.[1]

This article shall become effective upon adoption and continue
in effect until said Committee is disbanded by ordinance of the Municipality.
