A. 
The Municipal Engineer or his municipal assignee shall observe all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities as deemed appropriate by the Municipal Engineer.
B. 
During any stage of the work, if the Municipal Engineer determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved stormwater management plan, the municipality shall revoke any existing permits or other approvals and issue a cease-and-desist order until the deficiencies are corrected or a revised stormwater management plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this chapter.
A. 
During construction, duly authorized representatives of the Township may enter at reasonable times upon any property within the Township to inspect the implementation, condition, or operation and maintenance of the stormwater BMPs, or to verify that construction activity is in compliance with this chapter.
B. 
BMP owners and operators shall allow persons working on behalf of the Township ready access to all parts of the premises for the purposes of determining compliance with this chapter.
C. 
Persons working on behalf of the Township shall have the right to temporarily locate on any BMP in the Township such devices as are necessary to conduct monitoring and/or sampling of the facility's stormwater discharge.
D. 
Unreasonable delays in allowing the inspector access to a BMP is a violation of this chapter.
