Pursuant to new York General Business Law § 7, permission is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Island Park, Nassau County, New York, to play baseball games on the first day of the week, after 1:05 p.m., and to witness which an admission fee may or may not be charged, subject, however, to the following conditions, restrictions and regulations: No games of baseball shall be permitted to be played within the Incorporated limits of said Village of Island Park on the said first day of the week within 500 feet of any church or place of meeting of worship of any religious society or organization at a time when any religious service is being held in any such church or place of meeting or worship, or within 500 feet of any cemetery or any portion of such cemetery.
Any person committing an offense against this article shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days for each offense, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Pursuant to the provisions of New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 61.01, permission is hereby granted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Island Park, Nassau County, New York, to exhibit motion pictures within said Village after 1:05 p.m., on the first day of the week.
No moving pictures shall be exhibited within the Village of Island Park, Nassau County, New York, on the first day of the week at hours other than those hereby permitted.
