The Township Clerk's office is hereby authorized to honor requests for the printing of labels and requests for computer printouts of public information submitted by individuals and nonprofit organizations who make requests for such information. The Township Clerk is authorized and directed to charge a fee of $25 for the printing of labels or to provide computer printouts of public information to appropriate applicants.
In order to minimize any adverse impact upon Township residents, the Township Clerk shall not accept applications from businesses or individuals seeking the printing of labels or information provided on computer printouts for commercial purposes.
An applicant seeking to have labels printed by the Township Clerk shall be responsible for providing the labels on which the names and addresses of Township residents are to be printed. The labels supplied shall meet the specifications provided by the Township Clerk's office to assure that the labels utilized will be compatible with the Township's computers.
