[Adopted 12-17-1976 (Ch. 25, Art.
XXX, of the 1974 Code)]
There is hereby created the position of Building
Subcode Official of the Township of Lacey.
The duties of said Building Subcode Official
shall be to administer and enforce the building subcode of the State
Uniform Construction Code and, pursuant to said building subcode,
pass upon:

The annual salary and compensation of the Building
Subcode Official shall be determined from time to time by the Township
Committee and shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of the
Salary Ordinance of the Township of Lacey.[1]

to examination during regular office hours. Original Ch. 25, Art.
XXXI, of the 1974 Code, Purchasing Agent, which immediately followed
this section, was deleted 7-11-1996 by Ord. No. 96-36.
