There is hereby created the position of Part-Time
Recycling Attendant for the Township of Lacey.
The duties of the Part-Time Recycling Attendant,
under direction, shall be as follows:
A.
Assist Township residents with their recycling needs,
direct residents to the appropriate disposal sites and provide residents
with recycling information.
B.
Open gates to the recycling yard at the start of shift
and secure yard at the end of shift.
C.
Empty oil and antifreeze containers as needed.
D.
Keep yard in a neat and orderly manner.
E.
Separate full and empty paint cans and dispose of
in appropriate containers.
F.
Keep tire pile in neat and orderly manner.
The Part-Time Recycling Attendant shall work
Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. The salary for
the Part-Time Recycling Attendant shall be determined from time to
time by the governing body and shall be paid in accordance with the
provisions of the Salary Ordinance of the Township of Lacey.[1]
