The following fees shall be paid to the Township Clerk of the
Township of Lacey for use of the Community Hall in the form of cash,
money order, certified check, personal check or cashier's check:

In addition to the payment of the required fee as set forth in § 178-3 above, a deposit in the amount of $200 shall be paid to the Township Clerk in the form of cash, money order, certified check, cashier's check or personal check for use of the Community Hall on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. Nonprofit organizations shall be required to post a deposit in the amount of $100 for special events. Said deposit shall be refunded only if the Community Hall is left in a clean manner and there is no damage to the Community Hall or the property located therein.
Any individual, firm, partnership or corporation
using the Community Hall shall provide a certificate of insurance
in the amount of $100,000 (bodily injury/property damage), together
with the payment of the required fee and deposit, prior to being permitted
to use the Community Hall. The Township shall be named as an additional
insured on said certificate.
All fees paid under § 178-3 above for use of the Community Hall are nonrefundable upon payment to the Township of Lacey. Fees shall only be refunded upon the submission of a written request to the governing body and approval thereof by way of resolution.
