A. 
The Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Hudson is authorized to issue appearance tickets in accordance with the provisions of Article 150 of the Criminal Procedure Law of the State of New York and in furtherance of the enabling powers provided by § 10, Subdivision 4, of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, with respect to violations of the following chapters of the Code of the City of Hudson:

Chapter 97.
(4) 
Chapter 101.
(5) 
Chapter 124.
(6)

Chapter 143.

B. 
Any parking enforcement officer for the City of Hudson is authorized to issue appearance tickets in accordance with the provisions of Article 150 of the Criminal Procedure Law of the State of New York and in furtherance of the enabling powers provided by § 10, Subdivision 4, of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, with respect to violations of Article IV of Chapter 305, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of the City of Hudson and Article V of Chapter 305, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of the City of Hudson.
