A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit any exotic animal on a public street, sidewalk or public park in the City of Hudson, except as permitted pursuant to a license duly issued under Chapter 67, Article I hereof.
B. 
"Exotic animal" is defined as any reptile, arachnid, insect or amphibian longer than four inches.

A violation of this article shall constitute a violation as defined in the Penal Law of the State of New York and shall be punishable by a minimum fine of not more than $250 or less than $100.
