[Adopted 1-20-2004 by L.L. No. 2-2004]
Pursuant to Real Property Tax Law § 466-d,
the City of Hudson does hereby grant a tax exemption for City taxes
of 10% of the assessed value of owner-occupied residential property
up to a maximum of $3,000 on property within its corporate limits
owned by volunteer fire fighters and volunteer ambulance workers meeting
the qualifications of Real Property Tax Law § 466-d.
