Residential rates shall be $7.50 flat charge per unit, per quarter.

Editor's Note: This local law also provided that residential rates for sewers shall be $11 flat charge per unit, per quarter, which, rates shall be effective commencing February 1, 1980, and continuing to and including April 30, 1981.
