All fines, penalties and forfeitures paid to the Town of Red Hook, pursuant
to Subdivision 1 of § 1803 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic
Law shall be credited to the fund of the Town of Red Hook known as the "Part
Town - Town Outside of Village Fund."
