It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave outside of any building or dwelling, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has an airtight door or lock which may not be released for opening from the inside of said icebox, refrigerator or container.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave outside of any building or dwelling, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has an airtight snaplock or other device without first removing said snaplock or door from said icebox, refrigerator or container.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned or unattended well, cesspool or cistern without an adequate and substantial cover.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both. Each day that a violation of this chapter is continued or allowed to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
