It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation to allow or permit any cattle, horses, swine, goats, fowl or other animals to remain on, run at large or to be herded or pastured upon any street or public place in the Village of Lindenhurst.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this article shall be liable to a penalty not less than $10 nor more than $25 for each offense and for each day's continuance or repetition of the offense.
