of the 1968 Code of the Village of Lindenhurst]
Any person or persons, association or corporation
occupying, maintaining or conducting a theater, music hall, moving-picture
house, church, meeting or lodge room or any place of public amusement
shall not allow or permit any seats, chairs or other articles to be
placed in any aisle of said theater, music hall, moving-picture house,
church or place of amusement, nor shall any person or persons, association
or corporation occupying or conducting any theater, music hall, moving-picture
house or any place of amusement allow or permit any person or persons
to stand or remain in any aisle of said theater, music hall, moving-picture
house, church, meeting or lodge room or any place of amusement.

Any person, corporation or association violating
any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof,
be punishable by a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $1,000
or a term of imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both.
