There shall be a Board called the Plumbers'
Examining Board, which shall consist of three members appointed by
the Village Board, who shall hold office at the pleasure of the Village
Board. The members shall receive such compensation as the Village
Board may fix. Members of said Board shall be master plumbers who
shall each have had not less than 10 years' practical experience in
the plumbing trade.
The Board shall meet at the call of the Chairman.
Notice of meetings of the Board shall be given by mailing notice of
the time and place of meeting, addressed to each member at his last
known post office address, at least 24 hours before the time of such
meeting.
The Board shall make rules and regulations for
the conduct of its business as an Examining Board.
