The Town of Pendleton will adopt the defense and indemnification
of its officers and its employees pursuant to § 18 of the Public
Officers Law.
B.
The implementation and adoption of § 18 of
the Public Officers Law, along with all of its amendments, is hereby resolved
to be applicable to the Town of Pendleton.
C.
The text of § 18 of the Public
Officers Law is filed in the Town Clerk's office.
