Article I Deputy Highway Superintendent

§ 74-1 Nonresident authorized.

The Town of Pendleton hereby elects to establish that the Deputy Highway Superintendent may be a nonresident of the Town of Pendleton.

Article II Deputy Town Clerk

[Adopted 2-25-1992 as L.L. No. 2-1992]

§ 74-2 Nonresident authorized.

The Town of Pendleton hereby elects to establish that the Deputy Town Clerk may be a nonresident of the Town of Pendleton.
