Town of Pendleton, NY Article II Recreation Areas

§ 191-3 Blacktop walkways.

A. The blacktop area is restricted to walking, roller blades and bicycles.

B. Horses or motor vehicles are prohibited in the blacktop area, including three-wheelers or four-wheelers, snowmobiles, motorcycles, dirt bikes, etc.

C. Minors using the blacktop must be supervised by an adult.

D. Glass containers are prohibited.

§ 191-4 Use of tennis courts.

The tennis courts are to be used for tennis only.

§ 191-5 Penalties for offenses.

Violators of these rules and regulations will be prosecuted and subject to a fine of $25 for the first offense. Second or subsequent violations will result in a fine of $250.
