A.
Pursuant to § 1660 of the Vehicle and Traffic
Law of the State of New York, a stop sign shall be placed at the Oakwood
Drive and Irish Road intersection to stop eastbound traffic on Oakwood
Drive before entering Irish Road. The Highway Superintendent shall
be ordered to install said sign in a manner to accomplish the above-mentioned
purpose.
B.
The Pendleton Town Board hereby directs the Town Highway
Superintendent to immediately install stop signs on Mapleton Road
in advance of the at-grade railroad crossing.
