The Town Board of the Town of Pendleton requests that "No Parking - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on weekdays only" signs be placed on both sides of Mapleton Road in the vicinity of Starpoint Central School.

A. 
Except in an emergency or in compliance with the direction of a peace officer or official traffic sign, no motor vehicle as defined by the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York shall be parked on any of the following-named streets or highways or parts thereof in the Town of Pendleton, New York:
(1) 
On the southerly side of North Tonawanda Creek Road commencing from the boundary between the Towns of Wheatfield and Pendleton and continuing easterly to the easterly boundary of the Niagara County Marina, a distance of approximately two thousand one hundred (2,100) feet.
(2) 
Between December 1 and March 31, from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., all town roads and North Tonawanda Creek Road and Bear Ridge Road.
(3) 
The north side of Tonawanda Creek Road shall be limited to a maximum parking time of fifteen (15) minutes on all Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
(4) 
North and south sides of Tonawanda Creek Road for a distance of 375 feet west and 200 feet east from the approximate intersection of Tonawanda Creek Road and East Canal Road.

West and east sides of East Canal Road for a distance of 175 feet north from the approximate intersection of East Canal Road and Tonawanda Creek Road and south from the intersection to the southern Niagara County border.

B. 
Any person who shall violate any provision of this section shall be liable to a fine not exceeding the sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.).
