§ 195-37 Schedule XII: Railroad Crossing Speed Limits.

The speed at which a railroad engine or railroad train passes the grade crossing on Monroe Avenue shall not exceed a speed of 40 miles per hour.

Editor's Note: Local Law No. 4-1990, adopted 1-9-1990, which dealt with railroad crossing speeds, was inadvertently omitted from the Code. A resolution of 5-9-1995 renumbered the text of said local law so that it would be added as § 195-37.

§ 195-38 Schedule XIII: Stopping, Standing, and/or Parking Prohibited at All Times.
