No person, other than a public officer or government
employee or agent actually engaged in discharging duties in connection
with his office or his governmental duties, shall intrude upon any
lot or piece of land within the Incorporated Village of Southampton,
excepting public property specifically designated for use by the public,
without authority from the owner thereof.
