As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the indicated meanings:
The street right-of-way line at the front of a lot.
Includes the entire public right-of-way of a public street,
including the portion of a public street intended for the use of motor
vehicles (the roadway) and the portion of a public street intended
for the use of pedestrians (the sidewalk, whether improved or unimproved,
to wit, the portion of a public street between the roadway and adjacent
property lines).
The dividing line between a lot and a street right-of-way.
The particular dwelling at which targeted residential picketing
is targeted or in which the target or targets of targeted residential
picketing reside.
Picketing, demonstrating or protesting that is targeted or
directed at a particular dwelling or at a particular person or persons
who reside in a particular dwelling.
A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in targeted
residential picketing on the portion of a public street which is in
front of the property upon which the targeted dwelling is situate.
As used herein, the portion of a public street which is in front of
the property upon which the targeted dwelling is situate means and
includes the portion extending from the street line at the front of
such property (the front lot line of such property) to the opposite
street line.
B.
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in targeted
residential picketing on the portion of a public street which is in
front of the adjacent property on either side of the property upon
which the targeted dwelling is situate (to wit, in front of the property
adjoining either side lot line of the property upon which the targeted
dwelling is situate). As used herein, the portion of a public street
which is in front of such adjacent property means and includes the
portion extending from the street line at the front of such adjacent
property (the front lot line of such adjacent property) to the opposite
street line.
