A. 
That portion of the area, known as "Cryder Lane," lying between the top of the dunes and the southerly line of Gin Lane is hereby established as a public parking area of the Village of Southampton, New York, for which a special permit is required.

B. 
That portion of Little Plains Road lying between the general line of the top of the ocean dunes on the south and the southerly line of Gin Lane on the north is hereby established as a public parking area of the Village of Southampton, New York, for which a special permit is required.
C. 
That portion of Old Town Road bounded on the south by the general northerly line of the ocean dunes and bounded on the north by the southerly line of Gin Lane extended easterly across Old Town Road is hereby established as a public parking area of the Village of Southampton, for which a special permit is required.

D. 
That portion of Wyandanch Lane bounded on the south by the general northerly line of the ocean dunes and bounded on the north by the southerly line of Gin Lane is hereby established as a public parking area of the Village of Southampton, for which a special permit is required.

E. 
That portion of Halsey Neck Lane bounded on the south by the general northerly line of the ocean dunes and bounded on the north by the southerly line of Meadow Lane is hereby established as a public parking area of the Village of Southampton, for which a special permit is required.

F. 
That portion of Gin Lane bounded on the south by the general northerly line of the ocean dunes and bounded on the north by a line extending from the northerly point of intersection of the westerly and southerly lines of Gin Lane easterly across Gin Lane (said portion of Gin Lane is bounded on the west by the easterly line of the parcel designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as 904-27-1-20) is hereby established as a public parking area of the Village of Southampton, for which a special permit is required.

G. 
That portion of the area, known as "Fowler Street," lying between the general line of the top of the ocean dunes and extending approximately 750 feet north thereof on the east side of Fowler Street and approximately 310 feet north thereof on the east side of Fowler Street (to the northeasterly corner of the parcel designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as 904- 30-1-59.2) is hereby established as a public parking area of the Village of Southampton, New York, for which a special permit is required.

During the period from May 15 through September 15 in each year, no person shall park or stand any motor vehicle in or upon the parking areas described in § 86-11 above unless there shall be displayed on said motor vehicle a valid permit issued pursuant to § 86-7 of this chapter, the intent being that only such persons as have a permit to use the municipal bathing facility and parking area shall be permitted to use the parking areas described in § 86-11 above. No parking in or upon the parking areas described in § 86-11 or any parking area designed for use in connection with said municipal bathing beach, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., year-round.

Any person who violates this article or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Article II of Chapter 1 of the Code of the Village of Southampton.

In addition thereto, the Village police may cause any vehicle which is parked in violation of this article to be removed to a suitable place, and the expenses of such removal (the cost of such removal may be fixed by resolution of the Board of Trustees from time to time), together with reasonable charges for storage, shall be paid by the owner or operator of such vehicle.
