Traffic control signals shall be installed, maintained and operated at the intersections and locations described in Schedule A (§ 110-32).
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule B (§ 110-33) are hereby designated as one-way streets, and vehicles shall proceed along those streets only in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule C (§ 110-34) during the hours indicated of any day.
No person shall make a right turn, or a left turn from a one-way street onto a one-way street, on a steady red traffic control signal at any of the locations described in Schedule D (§ 110-35).
The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction or to park on the opposite side of the street (otherwise known as a "U-turn") is hereby prohibited on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule E (§ 110-36).
The intersections described in Schedule F (§ 110-37) are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule G § 110-38) are hereby designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated.

The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established at 25 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule H (§ 110-39) shall be as indicated in said schedule.
A. 
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of 10,000 gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) are hereby excluded from all streets or parts of streets described in Schedule I (§ 110-40).

B. 
The regulations established in this section shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded.

A. 
A truck route system upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of 10,000 gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) are permitted to travel and operate is hereby established for travel in the indicated direction of travel as follows:

(1) 
Hill Street, from the westerly Village line easterly to Windmill Lane;
(2) 
Windmill Lane, from Hill street northerly to North Sea Road;
(3) 
North Sea Road, from Windmill Lane northerly to County Road 39.
(4) 
Nugent Street from Windmill Lane easterly to Main Street.
B. 
A truck route system upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a gross weight in excess of 10,000 gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) are permitted to travel and operate is hereby established for travel in the indicated direction of travel as follows:

(1) 
Hampton Road, from the easterly Village line westerly to Main Street;
(2) 
Main Street, from Hampton Road northerly to North Sea Road;
(3) 
North Sea Road, from Main Street northerly to County Road 39.
C. 
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of 10,000 gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) are hereby excluded from all streets except those streets or parts of streets which constitute a truck route system established under Subsection A or Subsection B above.

D. 
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of 10,000 gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) are hereby prohibited from traveling and operating on those streets or parts of streets described in Subsection A and Subsection B above except for travel in the indicated direction of travel set forth in Subsection A and Subsection B above.

E. 
The exclusion set forth in Subsection C above and the prohibition set forth in Subsection D above shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the streets from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded or prohibited.
F. 
The exclusion set forth in Subsection C above shall not be applicable to County Road 39. Such vehicles and combinations are permitted to travel and operate on County Road 39.
Lanes are hereby designated upon the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule J (§ 110-41), to be used exclusively as indicated (left turn, right turn, through traffic, etc.) in said schedule.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule K (§ 110-42) are hereby designated as no-passing zones in which markings shall indicate that overtaking and passing or driving to the left of or crossing such markings would be especially hazardous.
