A. 
All vehicles must be licensed and insured.
B. 
Vehicles must be equipped with the following items: jack, jack board, shovel, cable or rope or chain, fire extinguisher, spare tire, tire gauge, tire inflation device, flashlight and snap line. All vehicles must be inspected by village police or other authorized personnel before going on the beach.
C. 
Vehicles shall not enter the park without a valid Suffolk County Department of Parks' beach use permit. Vehicles passing inspection will be issued a beach use sticker for $10 or such other amount as may be established from time to time by the Suffolk County Department of Parks.
D. 
All vehicles remaining on the outer beach in excess of eight hours or camping overnight must be self-contained. "Self-contained" means being equipped with a flushable toilet with an adequate holding tank. A recirculating-type toilet with a built-in minimum five-gallon holding tank, a minimum ten-gallon water storage and minimum ten-gallon sewage holding tank connected to a sink would be considered as self-contained. A three-gallon-type toilet is permissible that will last for at least 60 flushes or up to 72 hours.

The speed limit shall be 10 miles per hour.
F. 
All garbage and litter is to be brought out to receptacles at the entrance to the park.
G. 
Vehicles must use only roads, exits and entrances marked by signs.
H. 
No person is allowed to ride outside the body or tailgate of any vehicle.
I. 
Only four-wheel vehicles with tires large enough for over-the-sand and beach travel will be permitted on the beach, subject to inspection by park personnel. Snow or lug tires are permitted but not recommended. Only vehicles deemed able to travel over the sand will be permitted on the beach.
A. 
All campers must be self-contained, as hereinbefore defined.
B. 
Camping in the park is limited to three consecutive days. Any person camping for three consecutive days may not camp again for 48 hours.
C. 
No freestanding tents or structures are permitted in the park. Any tent erected by a recreational vehicle owner when the sanitary facilities are located in the recreational vehicle must be attached to the recreational vehicle, and the recreational vehicle may not leave the site with the tent set up.
D. 
Camping area must be cleaned before leaving.
E. 
Only established dumping stations are to be used.
F. 
All guests must be accompanied by a Suffolk County resident.
A. 
Walking, driving or parking over the dunes or grass areas is prohibited. Only designated roads or paths shall be used.
B. 
Walking or driving through the bird nesting areas, is prohibited. These areas will be marked by signs.
C. 
Fires are permitted in containers only, such as 1/2 of a fifty-five-gallon drum or picnic grills. No open fires will be permitted on the beach.
D. 
Only existing roads shall be driven on.
E. 
When parking on the oceanside of the dunes, vehicles shall be parked at the foot of the dunes perpendicular to the dune line with the front of the vehicle facing the ocean.
F. 
Christmas trees shall not be removed or burned.
G. 
Persons entering the park must have in their possession a current, valid Suffolk County Department of Parks' leisure pass and must exhibit same to authorized personnel upon request.
