Pension Plan was established January 1, 1965, and the Borough of Franklin
Park Police Pension Plan was established pursuant to 53 P.S. § 767
et seq. Both plans have subsequently been amended, restated and adopted.
Current pension plans, as amended, are on file in the Borough offices
and are available for examination during regular office hours.]
