Pursuant to 72 P.S. § 5452.13, the
Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park hereby directs the
Assessment Department to make interim assessments in the Borough.
Interim assessment request forms, as attached,
shall be submitted to the County of Allegheny Board of Property Assessment,
Appeals, Review and Registry in accordance with the attached form
and shall include a copy of the building permit, if applicable, and
all other information necessary to expedite the process.[1]
