No person or persons shall coast or ride on any sled, scooter or similar conveyance upon any of the public sidewalks in the Borough. A person riding a pedalcycle upon a sidewalk or pedalcycle path used by pedestrians shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give an audible signal before overtaking and passing a pedestrian.
Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $100 and costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such fine and costs of prosecution, to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days.
