The Planning Board of the Village of Oxford is hereby established, consisting
of five members appointed according to the terms of § 7-718 of the
Village Law. Each member shall have a term of five years, provided that no
more than one term shall expire in any one year.
The Planning Board shall have such powers as authorized by Article 7
of the Village Law or as authorized by local law of the Board of Trustees.
The Village Clerk shall be directed to forthwith file a certified copy
of this chapter with the Clerk of Chenango County.
