Village of Oxford, NY Article III Fees

[Adopted 1-2-1990]

§ 202-6 Fees; exemptions.

A. The fee schedule (for reservations only) shall be as follows:

(1) Lafayette Park Bandstand: twenty-five dollars ($25.).

(2) Washington Park Pagoda: twenty-five dollars ($25.).

(3) Boname Park Large Pavilion: fifty dollars ($50.).

B. The following will be exempt from reservation fees:

(1) Chenango County nonprofit organizations.

(2) Oxford school groups.

(3) Oxford businesses.

(4) Oxford residents.

C. All other parties will be required to pay a reservation fee for the above-mentioned structures.

§ 202-7 Use without reservation; purpose.

It should be noted that anyone can use any part of the parks without reservation fees if the area has not been reserved by someone else. We feel that this will be an equitable solution to taxpayers who cannot use these areas when they have been reserved by parties outside of Oxford.

§ 202-8 Administration.

Any problems arising from the proposed reservation fees and reservations of the areas included will be handled by the Parks Committee or the Village Board.
