A. 
Conflicts (local laws). Any local law, or part of a local law, which might be in conflict with any provision of this chapter is hereby repealed.
B. 
Conflicts (federal law). This chapter shall take precedence over any terms or conditions of agreements or contracts which are inconsistent with the requirements of Section 204(b)(1)(A) of the Federal Clean Water Act and Article 35.2140 of the February 17, 1984, 40 CFR Part 35 Federal Regulations.
Articles I, II, IV, VIII, XI, XII, XIII and XIV shall apply in all incorporated areas of the Village of Oxford. Articles III, V, VI, VII, IX and X shall apply only in incorporated areas of the Village of Oxford also within the service area of the POTW.
