In the event that the provisions of these rules and regulations shall
conflict with the provisions of any present or future written agreements between
the Town and the Southold Town Police Benevolent Association, Inc. or a successor
entity (P.B.A. agreements), or if the provisions of such P.B.A. agreements
contain provisions not provided for in these rules and regulations, then the
provisions of such P.B.A. agreements to the extent of such conflicting or
additional provisions (unless such agreements clearly express a contrary intent)
shall be deemed incorporated into these regulations with the same force and
effect as if set forth herein at length.
