[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Minoa 6-2-1992 by L.L. No. 2-1992 (Ch. 40 of the 1985 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
Every owner of every building in the Village of Minoa shall have placed on such building figures showing the number of such building, which figures shall:
A. 
Be placed in a location visible from the street or highway.
B. 
Be at least 3 1/2 inches in height.
C. 
Contrast with the color of the building so that the numbers are clearly legible from the adjacent street or highway.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation pursuant to the Penal Law and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to the fines, penalties and other provisions set forth in Chapter 113.
