Ball playing and all other similar uses and games which unreasonably
interfere with the use of public streets and places intended for general public
use are prohibited except in athletic fields and playgrounds designated for
such purposes.
No person shall throw any stone, stick or ice or snow or any other missile,
or use any slingshot in any street or public place in the village.
No person shall use any sled or other play equipment for skating, skateboarding,
sliding, coasting or riding on any street or sidewalk within the village except
on the streets and/or sidewalks and during the periods designated by the Village
Board.[2]

Note: Municipality may establish a play area on a public street during
limited hours, provided that public street has not been constructed all or

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation pursuant to the Penal Law and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to the fines, penalties and other provisions set forth in Chapter 113.
