No person shall throw or deposit upon any public
street, public sidewalk, public parking area or public place, as defined
in § 240.00 of the Penal Law, any glass bottle, can, plastic
or glass container, glass, nail, tack, wire or any other substance
likely to injure any person, animal or vehicle upon such public street,
public sidewalk, public parking area or public place, as defined in
§ 240.00 of the Penal Law.
